Cashback terms

The rules by which cashback is credited, confirmed and paid. They are the same for everyone.

1. How the amount is calculated

Cashback is 70% of the affiliate commission AliExpress actually paid on your order. AliExpress sets that commission per product; we can neither raise it nor guarantee it in advance.

It is calculated on the amount actually paid. Discounts, coupons and promo codes lower both the commission and the cashback, but do not cancel them.

2. When an order counts

• The purchase started from a cashback link created in your account.
• Checkout happened in the same browser as the click.
• The order was paid for and not cancelled.
• AliExpress counted our click as the last one before the purchase.

3. When nothing is credited

• The purchase did not go through your link.
• The order was cancelled, refunded, or payment failed.
• The product falls under an AliExpress affiliate exclusion.
• Part of the total was paid with coins or bonuses that carry no commission.
• Another cashback service was used after our click.

4. Statuses and timing

Pending — the order is in the report and the commission is not confirmed yet. It usually appears within hours of purchase.

Confirmed — AliExpress confirmed the commission and the money is withdrawable. This follows delivery and the end of buyer protection, usually two to eight weeks.

Cancelled — AliExpress reversed the commission. If the cashback had already been confirmed it is taken back off the balance, which can go negative; that is a debt to the service, not a calculation error.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made in USDT.
• TRON (TRC-20): minimum $10, $1 withheld.
• Ethereum (ERC-20): minimum $10, $0.40 withheld.
• Only the confirmed balance can be withdrawn; pending money cannot.
• Every request is confirmed with an emailed code, so the email address must be verified.
• Requests are processed by hand. The address format decides the network, and an address from another network loses the funds permanently — the service cannot recover them.

6. Referral bonus

You receive 5% of the commission on orders made by users you invited. The bonus does not reduce their cashback. It is not paid when both accounts registered from the same IP address: that is a guard against self-invites, and the cashback itself still pays as normal.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to withhold a bonus or block an account for creating fake accounts, automated bulk link creation, or attempts to claim cashback on orders that did not happen. Confirmed cashback on real purchases is still paid.

8. Changes

Rates, minimums and fees can change, because AliExpress terms and network costs change. The current values are always shown on this page and in your wallet, and apply to orders placed after a change.
